Noise levels in certain rooms distracted from peace!!! Inconsistent heating options resulted in a chilly atmosphere at times!!!

Nice little hotel, the breakfast is satisfactory, fantastic location in a very good restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and deserve a 4-star rating...

The location is incredible, specially if you want to stay walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The units are large, spotless with coffee, balcony plus a bed for extra guests.

As we remember, there was no lift.

A hidden gem in Lisbon

Breakfast was really nice with good local flavors, and the overall ambiance reminded me of home.

The only minor drawback was a slight wear on the carpet in our room, which could use a refresh. Nonetheless, it did not detract significantly from the comfort and cleanliness of the space.

The place was nicely renovated and incredibly beautiful, we loved it. The staff was very welcoming, the bathroom was luxurious. It was a stunning and favourable location for us, just off the many delicious cafes in the area that serve both amazing food and coffee and the center of the Bairro Alto neighborhood and a good area. Furthermore, to the perfect local Restaurants.

Some of the staff were chatty.

The place is beautifully restored and nice little, met expectation. Satisfactory breakfast with amazing food. Exceptionally friendly, flexible people working here.

The staff were heaps helpful and we got little treats each day. But the bathroom could use better fixtures, bit loose, eh?

What's great and what's not

The staff's genuine warmth. The hotel's charming location surrounded by lively cafes was good, great to explore local culture effortlessly.

Though our room had lovely decor, noise from nearby socializing spaces disrupted our peace and made it less enjoyable.

The location was perfect, just minutes from parks, and offered fine room amenities. Enjoyed a lovely surprise gift upon arrival.

I enjoyed the exceptional ambiance and a lovely balcony suite, which was even better than photos! Breakfast was fantastic, with unique daily treats, and I would definitely return.

Everything was perfect, and the personnel was very welcoming. The bedroom was spotless and reasonably large, and the bed was perfect. I also enjoyed having a balcony and coffee. The hotel's location was amazing, making it easy to explore the main points of interest in Lisbon and the city center. The food was fantastic, and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

This place was absolutly amazin! The location is perfect, real authentic vibe in the b&b and around the streets. The staff were super friendly and helpfull, reminded me of we were at home. Breakfast had all kinds of choices, we loved it! Our room had a balcony which was super cool too.

we did have some noise from outside that was a bit annoying at times and the bathroom could use some extra touch for a better experience.
